The Well-Being Programme

What is the Well-Being Programme?

Introduction

The Well-Being Programme is part of a broader commitment to supporting staff well-being and is part of a national programme run in partnership with WorkLife Support (www.worklifesupport.com). The Programme was first launched in 2002.  Over 200 organisations have joined over the years including nurseries and children's centres, primary, secondary, special and short stay schools as well as LA services and teams.

Although the impact usually beings to show quite quickly, we encourage organisations to make a long term commitment in order that changes can be fully embeded in their management practices.

Organisations new  to the programme, or re-joining in in 2012, will subscribe for two years taking them to 2014.
